1. Introduction

REI Vault Pro ("we," "our," or "us") is a real estate investment platform operated by REI Vault Pro, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") accessible at reivault.pro.


By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


This policy applies to all users of REI Vault Pro, including wholesalers, investors, agents, mortgage brokers, and any other professionals who access our tools.

2. Information We Collect

We collect several categories of information to operate and improve our Platform:


Account Information

When you register, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, business name, professional role (e.g., wholesaler, investor, agent), and password (stored as a secure hash).


Deal & Financial Data

When you use Deal Tracker, Earnings Tracker, or Lead Manager, we store deal data you enter including property addresses, estimated values, assignment fees, repair costs, and projected earnings. This data is private to your account and is never sold or shared with third parties.


Usage Analytics

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform: pages visited, features used, time spent, button clicks, and content created. This helps us improve the product.


Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use browser cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and gather aggregate analytics data. See Section 5 for more detail.


Device & Technical Information

We collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and approximate geographic location (city/state level) to ensure security and optimize performance.


Communications

If you contact our support team, we retain those communications to improve service quality and resolve disputes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:


Service Delivery — To operate the Platform, process your requests, power AI content generation, track deals and earnings, and deliver all features you access.


Personalization — To tailor content, suggestions, and tool recommendations to your role, market, and investment strategy.


Billing & Payments — To process subscription payments, manage your plan, send invoices, and handle refunds through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.


Customer Support — To respond to your inquiries, resolve technical issues, and improve our help resources.


Security & Fraud Prevention — To detect suspicious activity, protect against unauthorized access, and enforce our Terms of Service.


Product Improvement — To analyze how features are used, identify bugs, and prioritize new development based on real usage patterns.


Communications — To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, security alerts) and, with your consent, product updates and marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.


We share data only in these limited circumstances:


Payment Processing — Stripe, our payment processor, receives your billing information to process subscription charges. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never see or store your full card number.


Infrastructure Providers — We use Supabase (database hosting), Vercel or similar providers (CDN/hosting), and industry-standard cloud infrastructure. These providers process data solely to operate our Platform under strict data processing agreements.


AI Services — When you use AI content generation, your prompt inputs are sent to OpenAI's API. Inputs are not used to train OpenAI models under our enterprise agreement. We do not send personally identifiable property owner data to third-party AI services.


Legal Compliance — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of REI Vault Pro, our users, or the public.


Business Transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user data may be transferred. We will notify you before your information is subject to a different privacy policy.


We never share your deal data, financial records, or lead/contact information with other users or third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use the following types of cookies and tracking technologies:


Essential Cookies — Required for the Platform to function. These maintain your login session, security tokens, and preference settings. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while using the Platform.


Analytics Cookies — We use privacy-friendly analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. These do not identify you personally and do not track you across other websites.


Preference Cookies — These remember your settings (role, theme, sidebar state, dismissed notifications) between sessions.


No Third-Party Advertising Cookies — We do not use advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or third-party marketing trackers on the Platform.


How to Opt Out

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Clearing cookies will log you out of the Platform and reset your preferences. Our Platform does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals at this time, but we maintain the data minimization practices described above regardless.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.


Active Accounts — Deal data, leads, contacts, documents, and earnings records are retained indefinitely while your account is active so you have a complete investment history.


Canceled Accounts — After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days to allow reactivation. After 90 days on a free (Bronze) plan with no login activity, archived personal data may be deleted.


Support Communications — Retained for 3 years to ensure we can reference prior interactions.


Financial Records — Billing and payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with accounting and tax regulations.


You may request deletion of your account and data at any time (see Section 7). We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:


Right of Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.


Right to Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.


Right to Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated personal data ("right to be forgotten").


Right to Data Portability — Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format (CSV or JSON). Available from your Profile settings.


Right to Opt Out — Opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or from your Profile notification settings.


Right to Restrict Processing — Request that we limit how we process your data while a complaint is pending.


How to Exercise Your Rights

Email CustomerSupport@REIVaultPro.com with the subject line "Privacy Request — [Right Type]." We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days. For account deletion, you can also use the "Delete Account" button in your Profile settings.


California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what data we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a CCPA request, email CustomerSupport@REIVaultPro.com.

8. Security

We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information:


Encryption — All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS). Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption in our Supabase-powered database.


Access Controls — Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensure that each user can only access their own data. Our team has strictly limited access to production databases, and all internal access is logged and audited.


Authentication — Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We support two-factor authentication (2FA) for accounts that enable it.


Incident Response — In the event of a security breach that affects your personal data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.


Vulnerability Management — We conduct periodic security reviews and promptly patch known vulnerabilities. We welcome responsible disclosure of security issues at CustomerSupport@REIVaultPro.com.


No system is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable 2FA.

9. Children's Privacy

REI Vault Pro is designed for real estate professionals and investors. Our services are intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older.


We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account or provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at CustomerSupport@REIVaultPro.com and we will promptly delete such information and close the account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors.


When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

• Display a notice on the Platform for 30 days after the update

• Send an email notification to all registered users


Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you should stop using the Platform and request account deletion.
